Shipping Policy
At this time we offer free delivery locally, within the City of Kawartha Lakes, because we get that your family is busy and it is not always easy to get out to the country. Please in turn respect that we are also busy and arranging a time that lines up for both parties may take a few days or a little longer.
We package items carefully in an enclosed box, cooler or freezer bag when we are delivering items. Orders will usually come in a cardboard reusable box or reusable bag that the customer may keep. We do accept clean egg cartons for reuse and we would be happy to reuse any cardboard boxes if in good clean condition.
Return & Exchange Policy
The nature of our farms products being mostly perishable, makes refunds nearly impossible but we will definitely listen to the issue and do our very best to remedy it in some agreeable fashion, such as a credit for example.
