Shipping Policy
At this time we are not able to offer free delivery locally to new customers, within the City of Kawartha Lakes, because we are quite busy working around the farm 365 days of the year. We may be able to co-ordinate delivery, if it is local and we can arrange a time that lines up for both parties. Please note that this may take a few days or a little longer, depending on the season.

Pick up orders will usually be in a cardboard reusable box or reusable bag that the customer may keep. We do accept clean egg cartons for reuse and we would be happy to reuse any cardboard boxes or reusable bags, if in good clean condition.
Return & Exchange Policy
The nature of our farms products being mostly perishable, makes refunds nearly impossible but we will definitely listen to the issue and do our very best to remedy it in some agreeable fashion, such as a credit for example.
