We are prebooked with our butchers every other month, from spring to fall through 2026,

which means that within a short time we will

be fully stocked with new product selections.

We offer 100% traceability with our commitment to growing our animals from birth to butcher on our own family farm in Bobcaygeon, Ontario, Canada.
