Our Angus beef is prebooked with our butchers

every other month, from spring to fall.

  We raise free-run Rustic Ranger meat chickens to be available in the spring and fall of every year.

Our Dorper lamb is available 2 or 3 times per year.

By arranging preset dates with our butchers, we can plan on renewing our selection every couple months.

We offer 100% traceability with our commitment to growing all of our animals from birth to butcher on our own family farm in Bobcaygeon, Ontario, Canada.
