The Angus T-Bone steak is cut from the short loin and boasts a dual-flavor profile; a robust beefy flavor on the strip steak side and more mild and tender on the tenderloin side.  They are cut from the lesser end of the section as opposed to the premium loin section which comprises the ultimate Porterhouse steak.
